Enjoy the podcast, lots of insight. Although for the ROI talk I don't understand why the Value of Agility (VA) diminishes over time. Allowing a company to adapt and change to stay competitive is what an SOA approach brings to the party. As businesses continue to adopt and better use technology it stands to follow they will create better more compelling services and product offerings, thereby increasing their competitive advantage. From a business perspective, and I generalize this across all industries, new service and product offerings are being released at an accelerating rate. As competition increases the need to adapt also increases, hence the Value of Agility would actually increase over time as well.
